Arts & Media
Padua Academy offers a variety of courses and activities within the fields of Communication Arts, Visual Arts, and Performing Arts.
As students progress through these multi-level programs, they work with advanced techniques, encounter more difficult assignments, and move toward self-directed learning. These courses develop the whole student–mind, body, and spirit–as they engage in divergent thinking and creative problem solving in order to foster new connections and leadership opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. The skills developed in these classes prepare students for careers in fields such as advertising, broadcasting, public relations, film-making, graphic design, digital media, marketing, fine art, illustration, choral direction, music, theater, and education.

Communication Arts
This curriculum provides students with the skills necessary to create timely and unbiased coverage of events at Padua Academy and its surrounding communities through broadcasting, journalism, publication design, and photography. -
Fine Arts
This curriculum fosters a high level of both technical and critical thinking skills as students create meaningful artwork. Students discover methods to express themselves and bring awareness to their own ways of seeing. -
Graphic Arts
This curriculum challenges students to devote themselves to exploring a variety of concepts in visual communication through projects that balance conceptual development and design principles. -
Performing Arts
These programs provide students with opportunities for self-expression through experiences in musical theatre, chorus, band, and drama.
