  • Freshman Convocation

    The Class of 2027 recently gathered at St. Anthony of Padua Church, accompanied by their families, faculty, and staff for Freshman Convocation, one of the first Padua traditions families celebrate with their daughters.
  • Join us for our 2023 Open House!

    We are excited to announce our Padua Open House, which will take place on Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Discover what sets our school apart and explore all that we have to offer your daughter!
  • Panda for a Day Visits

    Eighth grade girls are invited to participate in our Panda for a Day program in the fall of their 8th grade year. They will be paired with a current Padua student with similar interests. 
  • Register for our HSPT Prep Course

    Padua Academy offers a two-part course to help eighth-grade girls better prepare for the High School Placement Test (HSPT), on Saturday, September 30th and Saturday, October 21st.  Registration required.
  • Our Faculty Departments

    It is wonderful to have all of our students and faculty back on campus! As we begin the 2023-2024 school year, we wanted to introduce you to our faculty by department. Please feel free to use as a reference, as it's nice to be able to put a face with the name.

  • Graduation 2023

    Congratulations to the Class of 2023, now graduates of Padua Academy! We could not have asked for more beautiful weather on June 5th for our Commencement Ceremony for the 66th Graduating Class of Padua Academy at Abessinio Stadium.

  • Baccalaureate Mass

    Our Baccalaureate Mass for the Class of 2023 was held at St. Anthony's Church on June 1st. Among the Class of 2023, eighteen (18) students followed in the footsteps of their mothers and/or grandmothers as Padua graduates. 
  • Closing Liturgy 2023

    Today on Broom Street, we celebrated our Moving Up Ceremony & Closing Liturgy, marking the culmination of the year and honoring Padua's Class of 2023.
  • CYM Award Receipients

    Please join Padua Academy and the CYM Office in congratulating our very own... Mrs. Maria Kilmon ( Volunteer of the Year Award), Mrs. Martha Holladay (St. John Bosco Diocesan Award), Katie Corbo '23 and Sophia Correale '23 (St. Timothy Award Winners) who were presented awards last night at the CYM 2023 Recognition Dinner.
  • Padua's Mock Trial Team

    Congratulations to the Padua Academy Mock Trial Team who competed in the Delaware High School State Mock Trial Competition at the Leonard L. Williams Justice Center in Wilmington, DE.

    Naima Ellis-Daniels '25 has been selected to attend the Telluride Association Summer Seminar (TASS).

    It's Senior Skirt Day here on Broom Street, and our Class of 2023 gathered on the front steps early this morning for pictures on their last day of class.
  • 2024 Student Council Executive Officers

    On May 12th we introduced our 2024 Student Council Executive Officers: seniors Aanya Yatavelli, Izabel Jipson, Kelsey Wolff, Lexi Frick, and Amanda Sanders.

    At the 2023 St. Francis de Sales Awards Convocation, ten of our amazing seniors were honored with the St. Francis de Sales Medal.
  • United States Naval Academy Appointment

    We honor Senior Morgan Dawson on her United States Naval Academy appointment. 
  • Volunteer at the Italian Festival

    Sign up to volunteer in Padua's Funnel Cake Booth at this year's Italian Festival! The St. Anthony's Italian Festival will run from June 11th - June 18th.
  • Blue Gold Bingo Night

    Looking for something fun to do Friday night??  Padua's Blue Gold Bingo Night returns on Friday, April 21! Come out in your best safari and animal print gear for four exciting rounds of Bingo, along with several prizes and raffle baskets!
  • New School Uniform

    The new school uniform was revealed and will go into effect Fall of 2023. The Class of 2027 will wear our new uniform. Current students can choose to update theirs with new items or continue to wear their "legacy" uniform. 
  • Sophomore Retreat

    The Sophomore Class Retreat was held last Wednesday for the Class of 2025 with the theme "softly but strongly be brave." The day was filled with prayer, group activities, reflection, and games, with seniors serving as group leaders.
  • 2023 National Merit Scholar

    We are #PaduaPROUD of Shannon Salerni '23 for advancing from semifinalist status to being named a National Merit Finalist and winner of the National Merit Mannington Mills, Inc. Scholarship. 
  • Encounter L (50)

    This past weekend, 30 Juniors and Seniors participated in Padua's annual Encounter Retreat, a three-day retreat at St. Raphaela Retreat Center in Haverford, PA.
  • Engineering Week

    It's a wrap for Engineer Week 2023 on Broom Street! This past week was filled with engineering-themed activities focusing on increasing the understanding of and interest in engineering careers.
  • Students Become Teachers at DE Museum of Nature & Science

    Padua students in the STEM Club and CAD, Engineering Design and Advanced Chemistry courses taught the science behind exhibit components they designed. 
  • Grab-N-Go Cafe from Yay Lunch!

    Starting Feb. 21st, Padua faculty and students are now able to fuel up on tasty, ready-to-eat food with the Grab-N-Go Cafe menu from Yay Lunch! 
  • Roald Dahl's Matilda The Musical

    The cast and crew of Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical left everything on the stage as they played to packed houses for 3 performances this past weekend. Just under 1000 people came out to see the culmination of months of effort by our students, families, and staff. 
  • Shining Light Award Honors Lisa Kowalski '83

    Delaware Foundation for Science and Math Education (DFSME) Shining Light Award honors Math Department Co-Chair Lisa Kowalski (Padua Academy Class of '83). 
  • Coding Club Computer Science Speakers

    On February 2nd, three Padua graduates came to talk to the Coding Club about their experiences studying Computer Science in college and the different jobs that have been available to them: Megan Cunningham '10, Camryn Kelly '19, Sarah Jane Mee '19.
