At Padua Academy, the Panda Cafe offers fresh, high-quality meals in a welcoming space where students, faculty, and staff can gather each day. Our in-house dining program is committed to serving delicious, nutritious options that meet a variety of tastes and dietary needs while fostering community on campus.

  • What does the Panda Cafe offer?

    The Panda Cafe will serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks until 3 PM. Breakfast offerings will include hot sandwiches, muffins, bagels, and fruit. For lunch, expect grab-and-go sandwiches and salads, daily homemade soups, hot entrees, and pizza. Snacks and drinks will also be available.

    Our Chef is committed to providing healthy and appetizing meals while keeping the menu exciting with student input. The Panda Cafe will be able to accommodate all dietary needs.

    Our in-house cafeteria services not only ensure quality but also offer savings that we are pleased to pass on to you. Our affordable pricing covers breakfast, lunch, and after school snacks.

  • How do you pay?

    The Panda Cafe operates on a cashless system to streamline transactions and enhance convenience. To add funds to your student's account, parents simply log into Veracross, and on the Parent Portal homepage select the "Lunch Payment" block. Choose "parent" from the dropdown menu, and you're in—no need to create a new account or remember additional passwords.
     
    From this page, you can:
    • Add funds to your student’s account
    • Save a credit card for easy reloading
    • View transaction history
    • Check the daily and weekly menus

    After adding your credit card, you must then apply funds to your student's account. 

  • Where can I find Menus?

    Menus will be posted in the weekly Pandagram, in Veracross on the staff, parent, and student homepage in the block "Panda Cafe Menus," as well as posted in the cafe.

Chef & Panda Cafe Manager Jennifer McMilin and her team are the heart of the Panda Cafe! With nearly three decades at CulinArt Compass Group and experience serving the Padua and Salesianum communities, as well as the Brandywine School District, Chef McMilin brings creativity and care to every meal, making the dining experience exceptional for our students and staff.
