Apply to Padua
Step 4: Apply to Padua Academy by December 1st
You may login to your OnCampus account at any time to access the Admission Checklist. From this checklist you will submit the online application and upload required documentation. The deadline to submit the application and supporting materials is December 1st, but you are highly encouraged to start the process earlier.
The following items are due by December 1st:

6th & 7th grade final report cards. Most recent 8th grade report card or progress report if report cards have not yet been issued. You may upload the final 8th grade report card at a later time.

Any middle school state testing or standardized test scores.

Recommendation form. This form may be requested online through the OnCampus checklist or a copy may be found here. Please have the completed form emailed to admission@paduaacademy.org if unable to upload.
