Welcome New Staff

We welcome our newest staff members for the 2025-26 school year!

Mr. Keegan Ernest - Religion Department

We are delighted to welcome the newest member of our Religious Studies Department at Padua Academy, Mr. Keegan Ernest! He will be teaching Sacred Scripture and Christology to our freshmen, and we are excited to have him join our community!

Mr. Ernest comes to us from Lowell Catholic High School in Massachusetts, where he taught Social Studies and Religion, served as Campus Minister, and coached JV Softball. A Massachusetts native, he earned his BA from the College of the Holy Cross and holds a Master’s in Secondary Education. He is passionate about helping students grow in their faith and is eager to get involved in community service and volunteer opportunities here at Padua.

In his free time, Mr. Ernest enjoys watching movies, staying active, cheering on the Red Sox, and spending time with his dog, Maisie. He also loves to cook and try new restaurants and foods. Keegan is looking forward to this exciting new chapter and can’t wait to meet his students and their families. Welcome to Padua!

Mr. Anthony Raschilla - Assistant Principal

Padua Academy is pleased to welcome Mr. Anthony Raschilla as our new Assistant Principal. With 17 years of experience in Catholic secondary education, Mr. Raschilla brings a wealth of knowledge in curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student support. He has taught every level of high school English and held various leadership roles, including Department Chair and DEI Committee Member.

Originally from California, he earned his BA from Religious Studies from Humboldt State University and holds a Master’s in English. Mr. Raschilla recently taught at Salesianum School, where he helped redesign Senior English courses and relaunched the school’s Literary Magazine. At Padua, he looks forward to working closely with both students and faculty to strengthen academic programs, support instructional growth, and foster a vibrant, faith-filled community.  Mr. Raschilla will provide academic leadership and supervision of faculty, including classroom observations and support with student growth goals. He will manage our Advanced Placement (AP) program, as well as Faculty Professional Development.

You’ll quickly recognize Mr. Raschilla around campus—always ready to lend a hand, share his love of learning, offer insight on why Superman is the best superhero, or argue that raisins have no place in cookies. Welcome to Padua, Mr. Raschilla!
