Summer Student Highlights

This summer, Padua Academy celebrates the remarkable achievements of our students beyond the classroom.

Summer Student Highlights:

We're celebrating Chloe Cogar ’26, who was selected as one of the 2025 Bank of America Student Leaders®, a prestigious honor awarded to just 315 students out of 12,000+ applicants! 👏

Chloe will complete a paid internship at a local nonprofit and attend the Student Leaders Summit in D.C. this July. She’s also enrolled in the Wharton School of Business Pre-Baccalaureate Program, earning college credit in Prescriptive Analytics from UPenn!

At Padua, Chloe will be a Business Leader for the 25-26 school year helping to run the school store, a Blue Gold Club board member, and helped raise funds for local causes through Salsthon.

We’re so proud of the incredible things our students do beyond the classroom!

We're proud to highlight Sianna Dhillon ’26, who earned a prestigious Ladder Internship, a program founded by Harvard entrepreneurs that pairs students with top startups to work on real-world projects!

Sianna was selected to work with Token Z Labs Inc., a blockchain development company based in San Francisco. Over the course of her 8-week virtual internship, she’ll work directly with the CEO and legal team, conducting research on fintech regulations, securities law, and compliance frameworks.

Her work will help shape the company's strategy through policy briefs, risk assessments, and regulatory reports—giving her valuable insight into the legal side of the tech startup world.

After submitting an application, essays, GPA, and completing a round-two interview, Sianna was selected for this prestigious role — and she’s most excited to explore the legal world in a real-world startup setting and make good connections along the way.

We’re so inspired by Sianna’s initiative and passion for law and innovation!
