All proceeds from Padua Academy's 2026 Spring Soirée will benefit the Padua Academy Endowment. In the early 1990s, a visionary team of staff, alumnae and stakeholders established the Padua Academy Foundation as an endowment to support the school. That first endowment campaign, titled “Promise the Future,” sought to ensure that no prospective student would be turned away for financial reasons. The campaign leadership recognized that ongoing support would be required to maintain the commitment of an affordable Catholic, single-sex education to every young woman who wanted it.
Thirty years later, the endowment stands at just over the original goal of $2 million, and is directed towards its founding purpose. Each year, the interest is directed towards need-based financial aid. Generations of students have already benefitted from the Endowment and its impact, as will those to come. As we look ahead to the future of the school and of the families we serve, there is an opportunity to grow the endowment’s positive impact. The annual Endowment draw covers only a percentage of tuition offsets. As need within our community increases, so too we hope to see the Endowment grow.
