Step 1: Complete an Inquiry Form
Complete the Inquiry Form below if you are interested in learning more about Padua Academy. The Inquiry Form allows us to gather the necessary information to create an account for you in our secure online school community, OnCampus. An account is required to register for admission events, schedule visits & tours, and access our online application.

When completing this form please be sure to ask your daughter about her interests and select those interests from the four categories; Academics, Activities, Arts & Media, and Athletics. We use this information to best serve your daughter's interests; she will be invited to future admission events and paired with current students, faculty, coaches/moderators based on her selections.

Once your form is processed you will be sent an email inviting you to "Connect with Padua Academy" from the following address: paduaacademy@myschoolapp.com via blackbaudemail.netcommunity1.com. This automated email frequently goes to spam or junk folders, so if you don't see it in your inbox, please check there. Simply follow the prompts from that email to register your account and access your Admission Progress Checklist. The checklist is an excellent tool to help you stay on track and monitor your admission progress.

Current Padua families must still complete the inquiry form and once processed will be able to login using their existing OnCampus credentials. Once logged in you will see in the upper right corner “Children” if you hover there, the names of your students will drop down for you to access each of their accounts.
