    Lent is the perfect time to reflect on how we are called into solidarity in the journey of others. This year, our Students in Action (SIA) have taken on the awesome pursuit of educating our community on how we can minister through prayer, good works and monetary sacrifice. One of their initiatives is sharing easy and inexpensive, meatless recipes. Week Two's theme is "Food, Farming and Hunger." Join senior Meredith Kuchma as she shows you how to make frijoles volteados from Guatemala!
  • Padua Indoor Track & Field Celebrates 9th Consecutive State Title

    During a year full of unknowns, the Padua Track & Field athletes stayed focused on their craft and were able to finish their winter season celebrating their 9th consecutive team title, providing some much needed joy to the girls as well as to their family, friends and fans of the sport.
  • Congrats Annie Shea for Being Selected Valedictorian 2021

    Padua Academy is very pleased to announce the names of the seniors who have earned these awards for the Class of 2021. The student with the highest rank, our Valedictorian for the Class of 2021 is Anne "Annie" Shea. And this year there is a tie for recognition as Salutatorian. Congratulations to both Danielle Sabatina and Annamarie Warnke for achieving this honor.
  • May It Please the Court, We Congratulate Padua's Mock Trial Team

    Congratulations to the Padua Academy Mock Trial Team who competed in the DE State Mock Trial Competition and earned an outstanding Top 6 finish! The members of the Mock Trial Team seamlessly navigated months of virtual trial preparation with team members and coaches, earning the second highest scored points and sixth place overall.

    It's International Women & Girls in Science Day! We’d like to congratulate Padua Sophomore Trisha Srikanth for being recognized as one of only 400 U.S. High School women for her technological achievements by the National Center for Women and Information Technology (NCWIT Aspirations in Computing).
  • Padua's HOSA Club Connects Students with Medical Careers

    The HOSA Club's Rare Disease Week was a resounding success! Joelle Lennick '21, Maura Mullen '21, Olivia Stankewicz '21 and Madeline Voss '21 used this week to promote awareness for different rare diseases as well as careers in the medical field and service opportunities at the University of Delaware.

    Join us in congratulating 13 of Padua's student athletes in signing their letters of intent to play NCAA sports during the 2021-2022 season. This year's signing also represents the largest contingency of NCAA Division One schools in recent history!

  • Padua HOSA - Only Private School in Delaware to Win Fusion Medals

    Congrats to Padua’s very own inaugural HOSA (Health, Occupational Students in America) club for winning 5 medals across four categories in this year’s HOSA Fusion health sciences competition. Padua is the ONLY private or parochial school to have this great honor in the state of Delaware.
