Padua Students Receive St. Timothy Award

On Wednesday, May 4th, the Office for Youth and Young Adult Ministry held their annual recognition dinner at the Rollins Center in Dover. Thirty-eight young people were honored with the St. Timothy Award, the highest recognition from the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry that a diocese may confer on a junior or senior.  Seniors, Christina Allen and Megan Barnett received the St. Timothy Award as representatives of Padua Academy.  Four other seniors, received this award as representatives of their parish:  Maddy Guidash (St. John/Holy Angels), Kelsey Miles (St. Mary Magdalen), Kelly Muschiatti (St. Elizabeth Ann Seton), and Abbie Wilson (St. Elizabeth).  Mrs. Muschiatti and senior Laura Mumley accepted Kelly’s award on her behalf.
